Yes. If you have received a BER from AssessMyBER in the past, you receive a 50% discount on our standard assessment price for a repeat BER. A previous BER from another provider does not qualify. Select the returning-customer option when requesting your assessment. Eligible SEAI-funded works may also qualify for a separate €50 post-works BER contribution; ask us for help with the paperwork.

Yes. You can call us any time after your BER for independent advice about your home, further improvements and your next steps.

Your on-site assessment, published BER certificate and advisory report. The total includes VAT and the SEAI certification fee: €250 for an apartment, €300 for a house up to and including 300 m², or €400 for a house over 300 m².

We welcome enquiries across Ireland. Give us your county and property location, and we’ll arrange your assessment visit with you.

Tell us your deadline when you enquire. We’ll confirm an available visit and expected delivery date with you. Publication follows the survey and review of the supporting documents, so missing evidence can affect timing.

Your MPRN and any information or documentation you have on upgrades you’ve carried out. If documents are missing, we’ll work with you to help acquire them. We also need safe access to the relevant parts of the home. See the preparation checklist.
